Tusk Restaurant,

Lovely little place bringing good food to North Ave and the Washington Heights Neighborhood. Everything that I have had from them has been well thought out, flavorful, and tasty. The Ramen bowl is awesome, the blackened chicken sandwich is tasty, and the various soups they have are nice in the winter. If you haven't had time to stop by and check the place out, you should! Its worth the time and money.

So so so good. Love this neighborhood. We had the sweet potato chips w sriracha aioli, sesame tuna, and blackened salmon. Everything was delicious. Environment was cozy if not a bit crowded, but absolutely perfect. Staff were attentive and friendly and really made us feel welcome. Legit hesitated on submitting a review because I want this to remain a hidden gem, but that just wouldn’t be nice.

Good food and great service.

Just a perfect day to sit outside with a wide sidewalk to do so. Had a Bells 2 Heart IPA which was very good. Balanced and not too hoppy. Pulled pork, Drunken Boar sandwich was outstanding and the slaw was a perfect compliment.Wife had a cheese melt sammich which she loved. Nikki and Patty were there to take great care of us and a fella came out of the kitchen to kibbutz a little which was fun.Lots of potential here east of Tosa East Towne with Venture right next door.

Finally got a chance to check it out. I was not disappointed, very friendly staff (even when they don't know you know the owner). Good decore, packed house on a Friday. I had beer so can't comment on cocktails yet. Although people seem to enjoy the old fashioned slushies. Food was on point. Thank you.

A wonderful restoration of a past used building which was a bakery. Incredible cocktails, craft beers, shared plates and daily specials. This place is sure to become a neighborhood favorite and a destination for people from all over. The food is fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly and accommodating

Love and great new place.

We were seated in a high traffic spot which made dining interesting. We split a salad that didn't have all of the ingredients listed. Our cocktails were OK, nothing special. They were short staffed but our server was great. I would like to try again because I know others have had great experiences.

Love coming here. Never dissapointed.. we have yet to try something that isn't great. Mac & cheese, waffle fingers, duck bahn mi! Great old-fashioneds! Cozy. Friendly and fun. Patty always awesome.

GREAT food and gracious host/bartender! They serve to Vennture next door as a bonus! We had the beer cheese soup, hummus/veggiplate, prosciutto salad, and cheese curds w jalapeño jam ordered to Vennture, everything was hot, quick and amazing! Gourmet delivered to craft beer! Love it!

Probably the worst restaurant I've been too. Very small place, so you wouldn't expect there to be to much seating, but MAN do they have the place packed! I could hear the whole conversation of the people next to me, but not my Dad who I went with. When we sat down, we were asked if we wanted water but never asked if we wanted anything else. The waitresses weren't very friendly and weren't helpful. I ordered the Pulled Pork BBQ sandwich, and my Dad had ordered 10oz Prime Rib Sandwich. After about 15 minutes or so, we had gotten our food, which was a disappointment. I'd gotten what I had asked for, but my Father got a beef sandwich. NOTHING like what the menu had said. Not only that, but there was almost all but and it wasn't NEAR 10oz. We asked for the check because we were in a hurry, and didn't get the service to we left cash. Never coming back in my life, and all these 5 star reviews are BS.

Service and drinks were great, and with the exception of the cole slaw on the side my Reuben was fantastic. Word to the wise, don't get the cole slaw, go with the garlic mashed potatoes instead

Our group of six loved our food! Next door to Vennture so great combo of brewery and creative dining. Highly recommended and will definitely be back.

Honestly, my new favorite place to go for some drinks and food. Their drink menu is pretty big, but from what I saw it's because they have a lot of good ideas! The food was incredible too and not really expensive. We had their poutine, ramen, and the drunken boar. We weren't disappointed with a single thing. Their service was also very nice and felt like I was a guest at someone's home.

Celebrated St Patrick's day here. Food was very tasty, generous portion. The mearloaf dinner was excellent. Pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. The staff was friendly, welcoming, Pleasant experience all the way around. We will be back.

We went here Friday after Thanksgiving...it was a tad busy but the service was great. The atmosphere was welcoming and quaint. The food was really good. We highly recommend the ramen bowl and the duck bah mai. *bahn mi? The salmon was good as was the mushroom soup. The bisuit sandwich of the month is chorizo and egg. The hush puppies were not my favorite...I would come back for the ramen bowl and to try out their drink menu...and bonus.. vennture is right next door!

Meh... Duck over cooked for years and the Pozole was a joke way over priced for sharing the block with SHO-n-out barbers.

Tusk is one of my BF & my meeting place. We Love the bartender Patty, she makes this place fun. There is nothing on the menu that isn't Fantastic.....our favorite though is the tempura vegetables. So Good!

Great food and service.

Visited here in January with my wife and another couple. We had heard so many good things about this place and were super excited to try it. The punchline: Nothing here stands out. For all the buzz, we expected this to be excellent. The best thing anyone had to eat was their beer cheese soup. There isn't anything very creative on the menu, and for the price we all expected more. This will be our first and last visit, but I am happy to see more restaurants and things to do popping up in Washington Heights.

Beer cheese soup was amazing. Portions were appropriate as in, I’m not going to leave exploding. I like that they kept the Tini Tuesday Martinis and it was nice to see familiar face from Juniper61 behind the bar. Crowded and lively on a Thursday. I will definitely return.

This restaurant is clearly one of the best place to eat in the neighborhood. Whenever I come to this place I am incredibly satisfied. They keep their very high standard service and the highest level of meals they serve. You definitely will enjoy this this restaurant. Very recommended.

Beyond satisfied, so I had to return the very next day! Great value and service. Thank you, we'll be returning :)
